INVITATIONS
*How can I use my digital invitation?*
A: You can use the digital invitations as attachment in the email, facebook, etc. You are also free to print as many as you need at home, or you can bring it to any photo printing shop to develop as 5R (5x7) photo.
*How do I print my invitations from the digital file?*
A: We will email you the digital file of your invitation in a JPEG format that is identical to a photo taken with a digital camera. Simply print the file at a local photo lab as you would print any normal digital photo as 5R (5x7). If you will be printing at home on cardstock instead of photo paper, we would be happy to send you the invitation in a PDF format instead. Please note that some invitations (ticket-size invitation) are not in the same dimensions, so for ticket-sized invitation, we would advise you to print them from home.

PROCESSING & ORDERING
*How long will it take to receive my proof?*
A: While we aim to get proofs emailed to you within 24 hours, during periods of high volume this make take 48 hours. Please note that your proofing time does not begin until we have all of the information (and photos, if applicable) for your order. Weekends and public holidays are not included in proofing times.
*What payment methods do you accept?*
A: We accept major credit card payments via Paypal (no Paypal account needed). For Singapore residents, we also accept DBS Bank Transfer. Please contact us if you prefer to pay via Bank Transfer.
*Can I cancel my order?*
A: Due to the nature of the product, there's no cancellation of products purchased.
DESIGNING
*I don’t quite see what I had in mind. Can you create a custom design?*
A: We accept custom orders on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us in advance to see if we can help. If our schedule allows and we have the materials to create what you’re looking for we would be happy to create a custom design. There is an additional fee for custom designs and on average a 3 day proofing time.
*Can I change fonts, colors, or graphics on a design?*
A: Yes! Our cards are not made from templates and therefore can be customized. Fonts, colors, wording, patterns, and in most cases graphics and the number/placement of photos can be altered. Make a note of an design changes in the “notes” box upon checkout.
